Important
announcement: my 2009 waiting list is now
open for a limited number of new clients. Please click here for
more information.
How to Order
I always have a backlog of work to be done, and as a result
maintain a waiting list. To get on the waiting list, call or email
for instructions. At that time I put you on the list, and give you
a rough idea of how long you may have to wait.
As I get close to your place in the line, I’ll call or email
you. This will generally be a couple of weeks before the time that
I actually need your gun(s), giving you enough time to get them
ready to ship. At that point, I’ll give you the shipping
address and my FFL number.
IMPORTANT: Do not send any guns to me until I request them -
firearms arriving at my mailing address, or guns that I
haven’t called for, will be refused
delivery!
Service
times
When you ship
your gun, I will give you an estimate of delivery. Note the term
“estimate”, not “guarantee”- service times
vary with my workload, parts availability, weather at the shooting
range, and other factors. I don’t do “rush jobs”-
the quality of an action job can’t be rushed. (Important: I
am not responsible for the schedules of suppliers; some Colt parts,
for instance, are
very difficult to
get.)
Payment
Payment is
due when the gun is finished, and before it is shipped back to you.
I accept money orders, personal checks (checks will be held for
clearance), and certain firearms in trade (ask for my current
wants.) Shipping is always extra.
