What I’ve been doing lately, and some new class announcements for Threat-Centered training!

Whew! It’s been crazy around here lately!

I just got back from an unplanned consulting trip. As some of you might know, from time to time I do a little work with companies in the shooting industry. Some of those jobs have resulted in products, some will in the future, and occasionally there’s the company that decides maybe their product idea isn’t as good as it could be. In this case, I’m happy to say that I think we’ll see a new product enter the market as a result of our meeting. Of course I’m bound to secrecy now but I’ll tell you all about it when I can!

If you’re looking for more chances to train with me, I’d like to call your attention to my calendar and upcoming classes. If you’ve missed my famous Threat-Centered Revolver course, I have a few more opportunities for you!

Next month (September) I’ll be joining the folks at Krosstac Training in Ann Arbor, MI. Ken Ross, our host for that class, tells me that we’ve got a nice range ready for training. I’m looking forward to bringing the good folks in Michigan the best information on using a revolver to defend themselves from criminal attack! Click here for more information about the Michigan class.

Then in December I’m going to Phoenix! Just as the weather here in Oregon — and most of the rest of the country — is turning nasty I’ll be in sunny, warm, friendly Phoenix teaching for the folks at Phoenix Firearms Training. This is my second appearance in Phoenix, and a lot of people sent emails to both PFT and me asking if we could schedule another class there. Your pleas have been answered! If you live somewhere where the weather isn’t too hospitable, plan to hop on a plane and join us! Click here to register for the class at the PFT website.

I’m also interested in talking to you about holding a class in your area. If you believe the folks in your hometown and surrounding areas would be interested in having me come in to teach any of my classes, let me know — I’d be happy to talk with you about the possibilities and rewards of hosting a class!

Until next time, remember: don’t let what you can’t do interfere with what you can do!
